What Do I Need On The Final...

Enter your grades as numbers between 0 and 100. This program estimates the grade you need on the final to get an 'A', a 'B', or a 'C' in the course, based upon the criteria laid out in the syllabus from the first day of class. Among the first 3 exams, a later exam score can replace an earlier exam score, and this can happen at most once, in the way which beneifts you most.

If you've come to class and particpated in front row duties, your participation grade is probably 95 or so. If you've done most of them, it's probably in the 75-85 range or so.
The quizzes include in-person and online quizzes.
This is an estimator and meant as a rough guideline.
The departmental finals tend to be longer and more difficult than our exams. It is a common error for students who aim for an 80 on the final to fall short.
